Jon and Karen of Martell, NE noticed that there were water marks on the wall of their garage and became concerned. They also wanted their house to be mitigated so that they did not have to worry about the harmful effects of radon. As well, their crawlspace supports were sagging, causing other problems with the foundations of their house. They wanted one contractor to help them and they called Thrasher.
Thrasher installed a SaniDry XP in their garage to help dry it out. As well, they installed a basic radon mitigation system to cleanse their house of the dangerous and harmful effects of radon. The next part of their project was to deal with the sagging walls and support beams. They installed supplemental beams, to replace the sagging beams, SmartJacks, to support the new beams, and Geo-Lock wall anchors to gradually correct any leaning walls.
The project took a total of two days to complete. Jon and Karen sleep well knowing that their house is supported by the best products in the business.
Ross of Martell, NE became concerned when he realized that the foundations of his house were settled. This was also causing his walls to become bowed. He sought out a professional to help him solve his problem and he found Thrasher.
Thrasher installed four Geo-Lock wall anchors and ten 288 push piers. The push piers use a hydraulic lift system to raise the sinking foundations so that they become level. The Geo-Lock wall anchors are put in place correct bowed walls over time so that the foundations are not put under strain.
The job took five days to complete. Ross can sleep well knowing that his house now has the right products install to keep it stable and safe.

Thrasher came in and installed four helical piers to help raise the concrete floors outside their house. Helical piers look something like a screw and are used to help support sinking foundations when there is poor soil that can no longer hold up the floor.

Geo-Lock wall anchors were installed in the walls of her basement as well as 6’ extension rods. Geo-Lock wall anchors are designed with one part that is installed in the soil away from the wall. Another part is installed in the wall itself and the two parts are connected. Over time, the wall anchors help to correct leaning or bowed walls.
The project took two days to complete and now Deborah can rest assured that her walls are fixed and that her house’s foundations will be safe for years to come.
