|Why Choose Us:
Tom of Sergeant Bluff, IA wanted a better way to have his sump pump direct water out of his house. As well, he needed a new sump pump to do the job better than his old one. He chose Thrasher to help him solve his problem.
Thrasher came in and installed a SuperSump sump pump to replace the old one that had previously not been a good job pumping water efficiently out of the house. WaterGuard draining panels and IceGuards were installed to guide the water out of the house and away from its foundations. After some repairs to the yard that had been damaged by the previous poor draining system, the project was done.
They complete the project in one day and now Tom does not have to worry about his sump pump draining out of his house properly.
Richard of Sergeant Bluff, IA noticed that his basement walls seemed to be tilted and leaning in. He knew that this could cause further problems if he left this problem unaddressed. So, he began to search for a contractor that could help him solve his problem and he found Thrasher.
His leaning walls needed some help to stay upright and straight, so they installed Geo-Lock wall anchors and covers. The Geo-Lock technology allows for the wall to be straightened effectively over time so that it will not become susceptible to leaning or bowing again. As well, they removed the old drywall that was there.
The project only took one day to complete in its entirety. Richard’s walls will keep his house stable for years to come.
Donna of Sergeant Bluff, IA was worried about some wet areas in her basement that she suspected were caused by water leaking from her walls. Eager to get the problem resolved professionally, she began searching for contractors. She eventually choose Thrasher.
Thrasher installed a TrenchDrain system in her basement to help keep the area free from water in the future and to drain the water efficiently and effectively. Later, they had Thrasher come back to service their TrenchDrains and to install a SaniDry XP. The SaniDry system works to dry areas affected by water damage and to keep the area free from unwanted moisture.
The project only took one day to install and then a few days later, they came back to service the products installed. Donna can sleep well knowing that doesn’t have to worry about her basement having water damage.
Mark of Sergeant Bluff, IA noticed that one of their exterior walls was leaning and was at risk for causing permanent damage to the house and the foundations. He knew that he needed to have the problem fixed quickly, so he called Thrasher who gave him a list of options on how to proceed.
He needed to get his walls straightened again, and so Thrasher installed Geo-Lock wall anchors in his walls. The Geo-Lock wall anchors will ensure that the walls still correct themselves from leaning over time. As well, a 6’ extension rod was installed to help the Geo-Lock anchors in straightening the walls.
The project only took one day to complete start to finish. Mark can be satisfied that his walls are on their way to being as straight as ever.
