System Design Specialist, Mike Schmidt, came out to meet with her. Mike did his inspection and surveyed the area. He found that over the drought season, erosion of sand and soil caused breaks and voids in the driveway, which lead to settlement. To help combat this issue, Mike took this solution to Stacy. He proposed we use PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. Both of these products are waterproof, so they prevent any water getting under the slab and causing more harm. Stacy loved this solution, so we sent out our installation team. This homeowner had bought a duplex for her son who was attending college nearby. She found water was coming in along sides of the walls of the basement. One of our System Design Specialists, Tom Studer, met with this customer to find the root of the problem. Tom found the water was coming in through the joints in the walls. This customer owns multiple rental homes, and wanted a good quality company to repair the home and stand behind their work, so she called Thrasher! We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is a non-clogging drainage system that catches the water before it hits the ground of the basement. The WaterGuard system then guides the water to the sump pump to eliminate it from the home at a safe distance.

This homeowner and her son were both very happy we were able to fix their wet basement concern all before her son started back at college.  

This home in Bellevue, NE is a rental property and the tenant noticed water seeping in through the house on the main floor. The owner of the property was familiar with Thrasher and our reputation, so they decided to have us come out and inspect the issue.

System Design Specialist Wes Marshall visited the home in Bellevue and determined water was leaking in through failing walls. The foundation walls were experiencing stage three wall failure and the owner immediately had our team go to work. The crew began by installing our GeoLock wall anchors to stabilize the wall in its place, but can be tightened over time to return it to its vertical position.
