Norfolk's Go-To for Concrete Leveling, Crawl Space Sealing, & More

They called Thrasher and one of our System Design Specialists, Jesse White, came out to meet them. Jesse noticed the slab under the garage was hollow. This could have been from water washing the dirt away, and the soil expanding and contracting over the years. The hollowness was also the cause of the driveway starting to settle. Jesse proposed we use our PolyLevel, NexusPro, and SealantPro! The PolyLevel is injected under the slabs of concrete into the voids to fill and lift up the slab back into place. What is cool about PolyLevel is that it is waterproof, so you don't have to worry about it washing away like traditional mudjacking tends to do. The NexusPro is used as a caulking, to fill in the gas, joints, and any cracks. The SealantPro is a overall sealant to protect the concrete! This 3-part concrete solution is a great way to extend the life of your concrete! There is no doubt that these homeowners are worry free and are using their driveway and garage with ease. 

The customer had multiple areas settling as well as street creep starting to damage the foundation of the home. The damage to the concrete was such that replacement was a legit option. We lifted and leveled the concrete as well as put in a proper expansion joint.
