Part of my home in North Platte was built in 1919. the foundation seams ok there, but an addition (bedroom, bath, closet) was put on the back of the house (also very old). Crawlspace Moisture Control in North Platte, NE

These homeowners have lived in the home since it was built. They were having some plumbing work done, and noticed moisture that was not caused by leaking pipes. They wanted to get ahead of this, and gave Thrasher a call. They knew about our reputation and read our reviews, so they knew they could trust us to give them the best solution. System Design Specialist, Jeremey Scott, came out to meet with them. Jeremey surveyed the area, and noticed the crawlspace was not sealed and the moisture that seeped in caused a humid environment. Together, the homeowners and Jeremey decided on installed a drain line, TripleSafe Sump Pump, Sedona Dehumidifier, and full encapsulation of CleanSpace. The Cleanspace is a durable, tarp like material that is also waterproof. Water does not stick to it, so it prevents the growth of mold. The drain line would collect any water and send it to the sump pump, which then would discharge the water at a safe distance. The dehumidifier would keep the humidity low and also prevent mold from growing. The homeowners loved this solution and we sent out our installation team! They loved how professional the crew was, and now have the peace of mind they were looking for.

This homeowner had multiple problems they brought to us. The first was to foundation settlement. This was seen by a stairstep cracking in the brick from the corner of the window. The other problem was their nasty crawlspace. They wanted to encapsulate it to keep water out and heat in. 

We used Helical Piers to lift and support the foundation so it would no longer fall. We also encapsulated the crawlspace to keep the moister out and heat in.
