We choose Thrasher to fix the buried downspouts because we have done our waterproofing with them. We also purchased a sedona from Them. All of the work that they have done with us, we are satisfied with. They also stand behind the work that they do. 

When the service tech first came out, it was to do warranty work on the sedona unit. After checking the unit he determined that a replacement unit was covered under warranty. Also before leaving, he did a full home inspection and found that all of the downspouts could be buried. Doing the downspout burial will be our Christmas gift to our self and would make yard work alot nicer.
