As the Vice President of Accounting and Finance, Kali oversees the Accounting, Finance, and IT departments. With a love for helping others feel fulfilled in their role, she leads her team with a high-level, visionary overview that empowers them to achieve new heights.
Kali was born and raised in Omaha, NE. She attended Creighton University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance. After college she worked in public accounting for 6 years before she came to Thrasher. At Thrasher she worked as a Controller, then as the Senior Director of Accounting & Finance before she started her current role. Kali often talks about her growth at Thrasher as part of her personal journey of redefining. She often says, "To me, redefining is about challenging stigmas and biases. It's about discovering the best version of yourself and bringing that home and to work."
Outside of work, you can find Kali spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her children, Mary Pat, Connor, and Wesley. She also enjoys trying out new breweries with her husband, running, and biking to find fun destinations.
