Foundation Restoration in Nemaha, IA

This homeowner in Nemaha, IA had major concerns about their foundation and the amount of water that was seeping in through the walls. The surplus of moisture was causing mold growth and impacting the quality of the living environment. To begin the foundation repair, Thrasher arrived at the home in Nemaha, IA to perform a full inspection on the foundation walls. It was clear the walls were experiencing stage-two failure that had caused them to bow inward and allow water in through the cracks. The customer opted to have our team waterproof the entire basement by installing CleanSpace barrier to the full height of the walls and stabilize the failing foundation with our PowerBrace wall support system.
