You’ll receive a same-day, no obligation estimate for repair, which is calculated by our custom software to ensure a fair and accurate price for every homeowner. You’ll also receive a copy of our warranty so you know what’s covered and for how long.
While it’s most efficient for us to finalize the details for your project and schedule an installation date when we meet with you in-person, we also have a team of account managers who are dedicated to follow up with you and schedule whenever you’re ready. Either way, you’ll receive a breakdown of the work to be completed on your proposal, any special instructions on how to prepare your home ahead of time, and what to expect during and after your project as well.
We know that our customers are rarely excited to have this type of work done in their homes. For that reason, we have invested in the equipment and personnel needed to get the job done quickly and accurately. Thrasher can typically get a waterproofing project done in about half of the time of other contractors. Every crew member participates in a thorough onboarding process and ongoing training to ensure the best quality of work with every project we complete. Additionally, System Design Specialists and Crew Leaders meet to discuss every single project beforehand. They review the contract, special instructions and pictures to make sure we deliver on our promises.
Our crew leaders get in touch with you before they arrive, and keep you updated throughout the project. After your project is completed, your Crew Leader will review all the completed work with you, and our team will follow-up with you as well to see how everything went. You will also receive a survey that allows you to rate your entire experience with Thrasher.
There is no doubt that having a construction project done in your home can be messy. You can rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize that disruption. Our crews protect floors and walls, hang plastic to isolate the area, and add ventilation fans to remove a majority of the dust. We’re committed to making sure that your Thrasher system functions properly for many, many years to come. Our Service Technicians complete scheduled annual and urgent maintenance on your systems to ensure that everything functions properly when you need it most, and to inform you of any potential concerns.
If you have a problem or concern, we’ll send a Service Technician to your home at no charge through the duration of your warranty. Additionally, keeping up with an annual maintenance schedule helps prevent any serious issues and ensures that your systems last for as long as possible. Most of our foundation repair, basement waterproofing and crawl space repair work is backed by a 25-year warranty. Our concrete repair work is guaranteed for 7 years, and egress windows for 10.
