Sales Process
Dennis Crampton came out tondonthebeatinate and we can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, highly knowledgeable about the products and the company. He made us feel valued. Then he said we’d hear from someone to follow up but we never did. I called and was told that person was Jacob Oehm. But we didn’t ever get a follow up call which was disappointing. We didn’t ever call ourselves and talk to him and made our appointment.
Our Installation Crew
Drew and his guys were terrific. Kept us updated, super respectful of our home and taking care to wrap everything, put down tarps on the stairs since they were carpeted and then really took his time explaining everything when they were done. I had lots of questions and he happily and enthusiastically answered every one. They cleaned up absolutely everything too which was very nice.
