Photo Album: Wet Basement Dried in Berryton, KS

This homeowner was looking forward to selling his house, however the water problem in his basement was making that a difficult task. He read some of our reviews and he looked into our solutions, and he decided we would be the best fit to help him fix his water problem. After System Design Specialist Brandon Powers inspected the basement to find that a cold joint was allowing water to seep into the basement, the homeowner knew that he wanted to waterproof every part of his basement so that no problems would arise again. Our installation team used WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to encapsulate and drain water to the sump pump and out of the basement. Broken Window Well

This Window Well was caving in and failing. This posed a large risk for water to seep through the holes and flood in through the window underneath it.

PolyWell Installed

A new PolyWell was installed to ensure that water was not seeping in through the basement window

Wet Basement and Water Damage

This basement was wet because water was coming in through the cold joint. The water was staining the concrete as well as just standing idle on the floors.

Full Perimeter WaterGuard and CleanSpace Installed

The basement had full perimeter waterproofing put in with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to ensure that water was draining to the sump pump and away from the basement. This also made sure that water was not sitting on the walls and causing further water damage.
