We did not originally get what we wanted done and Thrasher is doing its best to make it right. We appreciate that very much.
Quinn's crew: Very thorough and figured out the best procedure then did nice work that will start to solve our problem.
What type of work did you have done:
warranty work on a bent and cracked patio pillar
What made you choose our company:
Probably your advertising and we checked out some things in advance. We have been impressed with everybody along the way in terms of being polite, professional, thorough, and explain things as work proceeds. Originally, some things were done first that probably should have been done later and that put the original need to straighten a pillar more problematic. But your people have stuck with it and we should - in about a month or so - be finished with the project and hopefully satisfied! Appreciate the efforts to make it right.
