The appointment was scheduled quickly, JT was extremely knowledgeable and "listened" to my concerns. He was able to appropriately diagnose the issue I was having and demonstrated the families in the proposal I had received from Groundworks.
Call Representative
JT is remarkable! He knows what he is doing and pays attention to his customers. I found him to be trustworthy and he "sold" me on your company. I have copies of his card that I will hand out to others.
Sales Process
JT served as my salesperson and technician. He did not prioritize sales over service. He found a cost effective solution to my problem, quickly. He put my mind at ease regarding the overall structure of my home and how solid it was.

Evaluate cracks in garage and review of proposals from a competitor

What made you choose our company:

I had received a proposal from Groundworks that did not address the active issue I could see in my garage. They told me I needed 12 pillars on an opposite side of my home. JT took the time to look at my entire house - it was COMPLETELY LEVEL but the garage had street creep. JT found the REAL problem and did not upset me anything I did not need. It is difficult to find an ethical company in most categories of work these days. I thank you for the ethical focus you provide to your staff and want to tell you you have a real leader and true company representative in JT Coleman.
