Sales Process
I have a concern that after spending more than $40k in product ($15k + in encapsulation sold by Jake Smith, & $25k + in Smart Jacks sold by Cody Ewin) that I was encouraged to spend another $50k in additional supports under the house. What were the "Smart Jacks" supposed to do? Obviously we opted out of the $50k worth of additional supports that Steven Johnson suggested.
