Our Overall Service
They definitely did everything they could at all steps to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They did a really good job, pointing things out to us and explaining things to us. I was really thankful for that.
Call Representative
I am going to think of call representative in terms of both Jason and Brian being my contacts. I felt both of them did a really good job with their calls and texts.
Sales Process
I am going to go with Jason on this one. His very visual presentation and hands-on experience with the driveway and showing us things that it was affecting was absolutely invaluable. On top of that he did a very good job with the videos and talking to us about the different steps and things that we needed to do he talked to us about the different ways and options for pay. I thought that he did a fabulous job. It made it more comfortable, and I felt more secure in how he presented.
Our Installation Crew
Fabulous! Brian and I think it was Fred. I am so sorry if I forgot Fred’s name but in my head, it’s Fred. Anyway, Brian and the person I think as Fred did a tremendous job! They worked around things like the wet driveway and coming back and getting their timely and working at different times because of the rain and the wet driveway problems I felt that was beautiful service. Brian also continuously took me around and kept me informed about what was going on and what they were doing. I also felt like they gave us a little of that extra attention than what I would see in most situations.
The Cleanup Process
I thought they did very well! Everything seemed nicely cleaned up and they told us things like we needed to make sure to put something down or keep the dogs away in the backyard because of stepping on the parts that they had worked on. They also put up a caution tape area before the driveway to make it very visible that we had worked on on it. They did a great job overall I felt like they’re cleanup was again that personal touch.
