The office staff was courteous. Our representative was very personable. Services & procedures were explained accurately. The installation crew arrived at the same time daily and departed time varied depending on day's job. The crew was willing to explain procedures after drilling ended, the crew worked very quietly. Very pleased with the cleanup! What a tough job removing concrete in buckets!
