Concrete Repair Services Photo Album: Concrete Repair in Albion, NE
This homeowner in Albion needed to make his home wheelchair accessible, and that included lifting and leveling the concrete near the front entrance that had settled as much as 8 inches. Using our polyurethane foam injection process to fill the voids that had formed beneath the concrete slabs, we were able to return the concrete slab back to level, then finished the job by sealing the concrete cracks to help protect this homeowners investment.
Even from far away, the signs of concrete sinking and cracking were apparent.
Closer to the home, the settling concrete problem looked severe, requiring a small step that was added by the homeowner to prevent tripping.
The concrete slab in front of the home had sunk between 3-8 inches, making it unsuitable for wheelchair accessibility.
