Wall Failure Saved in Okoboji, IA

This homeowner recently purchased two cabins in Okoboji, one on the water, and one for family to stay in when they came to visit. While she didn't know that her foundation walls were problematic when she purchased the cabin for her family to stay at, she quickly noticed the wall crumbling and she was unsure of what to do. She saw our team doing work across the street for a neighbor, and she came over to see if we could take a look at her wall.

Service Technician Wes Marshall came right over after he finished up his original project to inspect this homeowner's walls. Wes found that the north foundation wall was starting to crumble into pieces and that the wall was starting to slide inwards, past the bottom brick. Wes realized that this was a big problem that could be solved if the homeowner acted quickly.
