Jarrod Derr was absolutely amazing. 3 of my kids hung out with him as he worked with a steady stream of questions and he made them all into little helpers. He was incredibly kind and clear in presentation and not at all pushy.

My husband used to work for a restoration company and learned a lot about water damage etc and because of that did a lot of research and knew he wanted to use this company.
