We found that the soil around the concrete was dried out from warm weather, making the concrete sink. Then once it started to rain, the soil underneath was slowly washed away. To raise the concrete back up, we used our expandable foam that is injected below the concrete. Then we used NexusPro, a long-lasting silicone joint and crack sealant.
