Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner's sidewalk in Kansas City, MO was extremely unlevel, creating a trip hazard. The homeowner was worried that if they didn't get it fixed that it could only get worse and someone could hurt themselves. We stabilized the concrete using PolyLevel, an injectable foam that expands to lift and level concrete slabs. 

This homeowner's newly purchased home needed some serious work in the basement, settling water and cracks in the floor. Our crew was able to come in and seal the cracks to prevent the water from settling in these places. We then installed our TripleSafe sump pump to protect the basement from further water damage. 

This sinking driveway in Kansas City was lifted using PolyLevel! PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands under the surface of concrete, making it level and stable. Plus, PolyLevel is environmentally friendly!

This homeowner was worried about water coming into his home because of his patio sinking. There was big gap between where the wall ended and where the concrete should lay. Mike found the front patio was settling towards the house due to poor soil used as fill under the slab. Mike took these findings back to the homeowner and together decided on a solution. We used our Concrete Protection System, including Polylevel to lift and level, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints. Best thing about our products, is that they are waterproof, so they prevent any more sinking due to washout. This family had a fox burrowing under her back porch. They were afraid that the void the fox created made her porch structurally unsafe.
