This homeowner's daughter and grandson have been living in her basement. The homeowner was concerned about her grandson's allergies, so she decided to schedule her annual maintenance with us urgently.

Austin also discovered that the sump pump was 20 years old, and needed to be replaced. The homeowner was worried as the financial burden of replacing a sump pump was expensive, however with our help, we were able to finance her repairs so that her quality of life and her family's quality of life could improve. Austin and his team got to work on installing a new sump pump to ensure that water would leave the house and that the drainage was proper. They also replaced the humidifier in the home to ensure that the humidity was under control.
