Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Homeowner David M. wanted to put up a basketball goal in his driveway but noticed that the concrete began to sink nearby. David chose Thrasher because we were the only bid that made him feel comfortable and confident in our solution.

System Design Specialist AJ went to the home to provide a same-day, free estimate. We identified that an improperly functioning downspout was draining towards the slab, causing it to sink. We were able to lift and level the slab with PolyLevel foam and seal the joints with Nexus Pro to prevent future moisture from entering the soil below.

Homeowner Paul was remodeling his home to prepare it. He knew his son was going to move in or he was potentially going to sell. We sent System Design Specialist Clint Gerber out to Paul's home to do an inspection and find the best solution. To resolve Paul's issue, we decided to use Everbrace, Powerbrace, and Geolock Anchors. The space within the basement area was very limited, so each product had to be strategically placed to allow Paul to continue using the basement as a basement. Paul was very happy with the outcome and glad he doesn't have to worry anymore about his foundation walls!

This basement had multiple areas that were getting water and had horizontal cracks on multiple walls. 

We stabilized their walls with CarbonArmor and waterproofed their basement with WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe sump system. 

The customers have lived in the home a long time and it’s a beautiful house. The customers just reached a point they wanted to get the basement in better condition.
