This customer built the home a while back that she never wants to leave, her forever home. It has reached a point where she was seeing some foundation issues and water in her basement. This made her fear for the integrity of her home. To recover her peace of mind she reached out to Thrasher Foundation Repair. We installed WaterGaurd to protect from water in her basement and also installed our piers and anchors to fix the foundation issues. 

The customer had new plans on selling their forever home but knew they had problems that wanted to fix. They were getting water and humidity in their crawl space that was starting to create mold and developing a smell. 

To fix this problem and keep the home safe for many years to come, we encapsulated their crawlspace, installing a TripleSafe sump pump system and a Sanidry Sedona air filter. 

This home in Lark Park, IA had deteriorating basement walls that, in addition to bowing and cracking, were also letting cold winter air freely pass through the gaps created by movement over the years, leaving the basement feeling cold and uncomfortable. To return safety and stability to the walls, we used our new EverBrace wall repair system. We also installed SilveoGlo insulation material to keep the cold air out.

Bob was doing some remodeling in his home and wanted the foundation of the room supported. He had a crawlspace under the area that had been neglected for years. The Customer was unable to close his bedroom door for nearly a year. He had tried to reframe the door and sand it but to no avail. He was tired of his door sticking and concerned about his sinking home. We used a SmartJack system to level the home's floor and foundation and solve the issue of the sticking bedroom door.
