Jon B. is a proud homeowner in Republic, MO, and wasn’t content with the appearance of the concrete in front of his home. The driveway had sunken areas from soil wash out over time, and the front walkaway was cracked and beginning to sink. After seeing one of our advertisements, Jon gave us a call to inspect the damaged areas.

Our System Design Specialist Zach Hodges arrived at the home in Republic, MO, and explained our concrete repair solutions to the customer. After hearing about our process, Jon didn’t hesitate to have Thrasher repair his concrete and restore the value of his home. Jon opted to have our crews install our 2-Part Concrete Protection System that consists of PolyLevel concrete lifting foam and NexusPro joint sealant. The PolyLevel was installed first by injecting the foam underneath the concrete slabs to level and stabilize all sunken areas. The NexusPro was then applied to all cracks and control joints to seal the surface from future water damage.

Jon was very pleased with the efficiency of our crews and the effectiveness of our solutions. Thrasher was able to restore his peace of mind, and his driveway was left feeling brand-new once again.

Lorraine, KS - Many older homes exhibit signs of foundation settlement, including cracked walls and ceilings. To resolve this issue and restore stability to the homes foundation, Thrasher installed supplemental support beams and jacks in the crawl space to support the floor and fireplace.

A homeowner in Independence, MO noticed a water issue in her basement. It was coming through the walls and along the base of the walls as well. She was worried about the problem getting worse and was frustrated because it was a finished basement.

We were able to suggest and solution that she was happy to move forward with. The paneling had to be removed and the carpet pulled back before we were able to start the project. We installed a perimeter waterproofing system called Waterguard. We also installed a vapor barrier system called CleanSpace. Lastly, we installed a sump pump to prevent future water problems. The customer was very pleased with the outcome of the project.

inCOMMON is a community development non-profit in Omaha, NE. They recently purchased an old bicycle shop, Olympia Cycle which had cracking concrete along the city sidewalk that surrounded the building. inCOMMON partnered with Thrasher's Leadership Immersion class to repair the failing sidewalk. 

We installed a 3-part concrete system to lift, level, seal, and clean the surface. The project turned out great and the team was very satisfied.

Kim and her son were having allergy issues and mold/humidity was a big concern. They noticed that they had sagging floors and the walls were bowing in which they believed might be some of the problem. Their house was built in the 1880s and they wanted to ensure that it is being taken care of. They were looking for better air quality and to repair their crawl space.

We added a Sedona Sani Dry dehumidifier to reduce humidity. We also added 5 GeoLock Anchors on the east wall to support the bowing walls.
