Service Technician Andrew Davis went out to Ed’s home. He was able to identify that to stop the concrete from settling and moving away from the home, the cracks needed to be closed. We started with lifting the settled concrete with PolyLevel, bringing it back up to the original level. Then to close the joints and cracks, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant. Ed was happy to know the concrete was taken care of and pleased with the quality of work from the crew.

Cindy A. is a homeowner in Hutchinson, KS and has dealt with water issues in the basement for a majority of the 35 years she’s lived there. Lately, she’s been considering selling the home and wants to ensure it would bring maximum value, but with the wet basement she wasn’t sure it would sell. This caused the walls to crack and begin to bow inward. To guarantee the basement stays dry permanently, Cindy had our teams install a combination of our waterproofing products. We began by installing our WaterGuard interior drainage system and CleanSpace waterproof barrier around the full perimeter of the basement. Then, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed to drain the water effectively outside. To conclude the project, our team buried the downspouts on the exterior of the home to prevent any water from building up against the foundation walls.

To discharge the collected water outside, two TripleSafe sump pump systems were installed. Lastly, the team installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent any mold growth, eliminate odors, and to keep humidity levels under control.

The crew started with installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and then installing a Triple Safe Sump Pump, so then the water would have a place to go and not collect in the basement. Then to keep the walls dry, we encapsulated the space with CleanSpace. Dave was very happy with how the project turned out and gave us a 10/10.

Erica B. is a homeowner in Kansas City, MO that had major concerns with her front concrete walkway leading to her house. It had settled over the years causing it to slant downhill and crack in multiple areas. The walkway had gotten so severe that Erica avoided using the walkway in the winter out of caution of her own safety. To begin the concrete repair, System Design Specialist Tyler Lothrop arrived at the home in Kansas City to perform a full inspection on the walkway. It was determined that the settling of the concrete occurred because of poor soil conditions and drainage that washed the soil out. Erica opted to have the team install our 2-Part Concrete Protection System to level and seal the concrete. Our PolyLevel foam was installed first by injecting it underneath the sunken concrete to permanently lift and level it. NexusPro sealer was then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water intrusion and problems from occurring in the future.
