Water was coming into this customer's home from the corner of the house, and they couldn't figure out why. We resolved the issue by using our waterproofing system, Waterguard, and CleanSpace.

Water was leaking into the room through the cold joints and had nowhere to go except flow across the floor and try to get to the sump pump placed in her utility room. To solve this problem without damaging the customer's bathroom, we set up a 32-inch CleanSpace and a WaterGuard system. Additionally, we installed a new sump pump in the corner of her room to help redirect the water effectively.

This homeowner was getting his house ready for the future. He wants to sell it in a few years, so he wanted to fix his concrete now. We fixed the driveway using used Polyfoam and NexusPro to lift the driveway and seal the control joints to prevent future damage. We also stabilized the sun porch by using piers and smart jacks. Now, the house is in great shape for years to come.

This customer wanted to stop his front wall foundation from getting worse than it already was. The issue started because his home used to have a stoop on the front that settled and pushed the foundation wall inward. We used PowerBraces to support the bowing wall and potentially move it back to its original position over time. 

This homeowner wanted to protect her 100-year-old house's walls that were starting to bow and fall in. This was caused by the geostatic pressure and water pressure against the walls that have been building up for 100 years now. We installed GeoLock channel anchors to stabilize the walls and keep them upright.
