Foundation Stabilized with Push Piers in Knoxville, IA
Longtime homeowner Bruce R. was looking for a solution stabilize his home. He previously had Thrasher Foundation Repair come out to his home, but he felt now was the right time to fix the foundation.
We sent System Design Specialist Nicholas Hruska out to the home. The footings in the back of the home had started to settle and there were some foundation cracks appearing in the drywall. We were able to install 12 Push Piers on the back of the home full stabilizing the foundation. Bruce was not only please the quality of work completed, but with also how well the crew worked together.
Settling Foundation in Sioux City, IA Saved with Push Piers
Evan G.’s home was settling, and he was having trouble with doors shutting properly and cracking in the drywall. Looking for a long-term solution to stabilizing his home, his son recommended to have Thrasher come out and take a look.
We sent Service Technician, Matthew George out to the home. His was able to identify that the westers corner of his home was settling into the ground, which was causing problems inside the home. Cracks were also starting to appear in the floors and back patio. We were able to install Push Piers and attach them into the footings of the home to permanently stabilize the foundation and prevent further settlement.
Settling Driveway Leveled and Sealed in Milford, IA
Leslie W. has only lived in her home a few years. Last year there was a water break causing her driveway to sink. After falling on the driveway, she was worried that it would become a trip hazard for others, she decided to give us a call.
System Design Specialist Ryan Van Cleave went out to the home and was able to identify that one third of the driveway had settled. We were able to use PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken concrete effectively eliminating the trip hazard. To keep water from entering the rest of the control joints in the driveway and sidewalk leading up to the house we used NexusPro to seal up all the control joints giving Leslie the peace of mind that the rest of the concrete will not settle.

Homeowner Kara K. has been noticing that water has been coming into her basement. Looking to create some bedrooms down there, she wanted a long-term solution to prevent water from coming in again. She has had work done with us before and decided to give us a call again.
We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White out to her home. He was able to identify that water was coming in on three walls and seeping into one of the corners of the basement. The team removed a portion of the floor slab and exposed the top of the footing. We were able to install WaterGuard on the footing and surround the area with crushed rock and poured new concrete. Kara was really impressed with the quality of work done and how quickly we were able to complete it.
Back Patio Concrete is Given a Lift in Wichita, KS
Jenni W. has been unable to use her backyard pool to settling concrete on the deck. The concrete was settling right next to the pool and she was worried it would become a tripping hazard. She decided to give Thrasher a call to see if we could lift the concrete.
System Design Specialist Max Huggins went out to the home and was able to come up with a solution for the deck. The team was able to lift and level the concrete with PolyLevel and then apply NexusPro Sealant to the joints to seal up the cracks to prevent water from getting into the concrete. Jenni was not only happy with the work done but impressed with the communication and thoroughness from the crew.
