Janice R. lives in the small town of Emerson located in Northeast Nebraska.  In a small town like this people are helping their neighbors especially people like Janice. She called because her driveway was sinking in a few spots. This caused problems when others were doing snow removal for her.  Not just because of the snow removal but Janice just wants her property kept up the right way and to replace her huge driveway would be very expensive.  

Thrasher was able to resolve her problem by leveling the concrete with PolyLevel. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro. Lastly, CompressionGuard was installed to help prevent street creep.

Victor G. owns a home in Independence, MO, and is getting ready to sell. However, he is getting water in his basement and needed to fix that prior to putting the house on the market. 

He called Thrasher Foundation Repair and our experts had the solution for him. We installed WaterGuard waterproofing system around the perimeter of the basement. We also installed a vapor barrier called Clean Space for the full height of the walls. Victor is happy to have his problem solved and excited to be able to put his home on the market.

Longtime homeowners Albert and Kris R. love their home and wanted to keep the value and curb appeal of their home. They were having problems with the concrete on their front porch area and wanted a permanent concrete repair service. So, they decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer out to the home to come up with a solution for Albert and Kris. Mike was able to identify that the porch and columns were settling outward. The columns on the front porch also supported the roof. After discussing the solution with Albert and Kris, we installed Helical Piers and were able to lift and rotate the columns back into place. During the whole project Albert and Kris were impressed with how dedicated the crew was.
