Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Matt loves the home he moved into last year, but it comes with some structural issues that need to be addressed. His property has a large concrete driveway that leads down to his home. The large concrete slab is pushing against the come, causing damage to the structure of the garage. Additionally, the soil around Matt's home is consolidating and causing a sinking right at the garage entrance. 

To fix these issues, Thrasher Foundation Repair used PolyLevel to lift and level the driveway lip going into the parage. We also installed a CompressionGuard that will fix the issues street creep is creating in the structure. 

When expansion and contraction caused stress on their concrete, cracks emerged on this customer's driveway. They wanted to prevent further decay, the customer sought a reliable solution with Thrasher.

First, we ground out the existing cracks which prepared the concrete for NexusPro. Nexus Pro joint sealant is a solution designed to stop cracks and protect concrete from future damage.  They were at peace knowing that they wouldn't have to worry about more cracking in the future. 

This Hastings homeowner was concerned about her sinking concrete and the voids under the concrete. The concrete's unsealed control joints were allowing water to run under the concrete slavs causing voids and settling of concrete. We ended up lifting and stabilizing the concrete with PolyLevel, and sealed the joints with NexusPro. We also applied SealantPro to prevent pitting and staining. 

This customer fell victim to flooding in their basement when heavy rain struck and the drain tile was unable to provide proper drainage. This customer has lived in her home for quite a while, but recently she's noticed one of her basement walls start to crumble. She's concerned that if it isn't fixed soon the wall could completely fail. The home was built a long time ago and likely had a crawlspace foundation. At some point they dug out the crawlspace and made room for storage and for the HVAC and water heater. Rather than installing a proper concrete wall, they put a concrete skim coating over the dirt wall that was dug out. Over time the pressure of the soil caused the concrete to fail. To repair the wall we used two Smartjack XT to support the floor above, and EverBrace to reinforce the basement wall to prevent any further degradation.
