Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

For this project, we worked on Martha's beautiful countryside house that she bought back in 2021. Martha's concrete was cracking and has settled over the 20 years since it was first installed. She was told by other companies that her concrete would need to be fully replaced. But when she turned to us for an alternative solution we suggested using our PolyLevel foam system to lift and level the concrete. Additionally, we applied out NexusPro joint sealant to make the concrete even more durable. Martha was thrilled with the results, stating, "I'm glad that reconditioning the concrete was an option versus having to tear it all out and replace it." 

This homeowner was concerned adjacent to her foundation had settled, leading to water flowing toward her foundation and basement. After a friend recommended she work with Thrasher Foundation Repair, she had us come out to help her with the problem. To tackle this issue, our team used PolyLevel foam to lift the sunken areas of the concrete and then carefully sealed all the joints with NexusPro. Our team successfully resolved the issue, ensuring that water no longer posed a threat to the foundation. The satisfied customer shared her experience, stating, "I feel much better now knowing that water is not running towards my foundation. The last thing I want is a wet basement."

These previously installed wood beams just weren't cutting it, so we installed PowerBraces to ensure the property could remain standing, and most importantly, go up for rent!

This homeowner wanted to protect her basement in the case of pump failure or a power outage. She uses her basement as storage and doesn't want her belongings to get ruined. We installed an UltraSump during our annual maintenance with this homeowner. An UltraSump is a battery backup system that includes a separate pump, battery, and charger. 

Melissa had "fix the driveway" on her to-do list for a while, and when she was ready, she called Thrasher Foundation Repair. Her driveway was sinking and cracking which led her to have concerns for her children's and mother's safety. 

We were able to use PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete and seal the joints with NexusPro to prevent future damage.

Now, Melissa can check something off of her to-do list and let go of her fears!
