This homeowner wanted to control the water entering their basement and control any water damage going on. When we inspected the home, we found where the water was coming from and suggested a full waterproofing scope, including sump pump, interior drainage track, and a vapor barrier. We installed all three of those, plus SmartJacks to support the bowing basement wall.

These front steps were sinking due to water getting underneath the concrete slab and making the soil swell. To permanently fix this problem, we raised the slabs back in place and then sealed the joint and cracks around the area. We used a polymer foam to raise the slab back up to help stabilize it. The foam is waterproof and is installed under high pressure which allows it to lift effortlessly. We then used a silicone joint and crack repair caulk to seal all cracks and joints. 

This home had an old stone foundation that was leaking water due to the grout falling apart. Water was entering through the walls and cold joint where the floor meets the bottom of the wall. To fix this issue, we installed an interior draining system to control and redirect the water away from the home. We also attached a vapor barrier to the wall to keep the walls 100% dry and clean. We also installed a trench guard system around the HVAC and the water heater. 

This home had several water issues that caused the foundation to settle. To control and redirect the water, we installed an interior draining system and then installed piers to permanently stabilize the foundation.
