Shane Bucklin

As an Account Manager here at Thrasher, Shane is responsible for understanding the customers' problems and connecting them to the right resources to solve them. This includes fostering client relationships, explaining costs, and ensuring everything gets done accurately and promptly.
Born and raised in Papillion, NE, Shane attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. He's spent over a decade gaining experience in sales, customer service, and banking. With his knowledge and expertise, Shane plays a key role in improving our customers' experience when dealing with contractors. He says, "Customers should not think of us like every other contractor they have used. Hopefully, if we change perceptions in enough areas, other contractors will start to provide the same level of service we do."
Outside of work, Shane likes to spend time with his wife, Leslie, their daughter, Ava, his dog, Lilly, and his cat, Jenny. Shane also enjoys smoking meat in his yard for others to enjoy.
