As a service technician, Natalie inspects our customer's homes and maintains their already-installed Thrasher equipment and systems. During these service appointments, she ensures all systems are working properly, any issues are addressed, and customers' homes are protected.
Originally from Wichita, KS, Natalie brings over ten years of customer service to her role at Thrasher. Natalie has the drive to constantly learn and grow, and has the skill to communicate with all types of people. She has great attention to detail, and is ready to help all her customers feel secure in their homes.
Outside of work, you can find Natalie spending time with her two boys and dog, Blaze. A fun fact about Natalie is she plays the drums!
