Our Overall Service
Communication between sales rep, scheduler and crew could be better. Please consider varied soil types for installation times. Rocks matter-I’ve a Camdenton property also (and an engineering degree)-trust me on this
Call Representative
Efficient and polite
Sales Process
Professional, compassionate and complete.
Our Installation Crew
Matthew (lead), Jacob, Jack and Ramsey (day 1 only) worked tirelessly. They are an amazing group of young men. Always polite and professional. We were impressed and told them so. Do they get a clothing allowance? What a laundry nightmare! And… smiling through it all. Amazing.
The Cleanup Process
May be more-still waiting on completion. Weather did not cooperate-very wet. Clay globs and rock-pretty much back but not tamped. Expecting a return next week. We were continally told, “we won’t leave it like this”. They did the best they could-there was no slacking.

What type of work did you have done:

Foundation lift and stabilize

What made you choose our company:

Professionalism & information (I read stuff-I’m an engineer-even pulled out my old soils and foundation engineering books when reviewing your site, lol) After looking through everything I didn’t feel like I needed to go further. I’m not thrilled about the price we need to pay but I do think it is in line. The payment options are appreciated. FYI-maybe your engineers/designers can help out the crews by looking into the tolerance and or lubrication on the sleeves (?-name). The amazing crew had a bit of trouble (jamming-not sliding) on one of my piers where my foundation base was not perfectly square (so introduced a work angle). They got it done but said it happens frequently. I know nothing about your equipment (besides what I read) so add salt to my comment. Just thought I’d mention it. Easier=faster and so happier employees and customers and so the whole company : )
