Our Overall Service
Amending my initial review. We had issues almost immediately after having a new sump pump and tray system installed in one of our rental properties. The sump pump was not operational in less than one week. I received immediate attention to this issue after I left my Google review. The local supervisor came to assess the situation the next day and determined it was not the equipment, but rather an electrical issue which we corrected ASAP. The sump pump issue was resolved. However, within two weeks of total job completion, we were notified by our tenant that we still had water in the basement. It was in the very same location as it had been before Thrasher installed their tray system. We had to have Thrasher come back and determine that the grade or leveling of the tray system had not been installed correctly. They are returning within a month to correct this mistake. I will amend for now that I am extremely satisfied with the customer service portion of Thrasher. I am still not completely satisfied with the workmanship, but I will be if this repair in April finally resolves our water issues. In fairness, I am updating my review now to allow for the way Thrasher has attempted to resolve their error.
