Thrasher Adds Commercial Foundation Division

It was announced today that Thrasher Foundation Repair is adding a new commercial division to help with all of your commercial foundation needs!

Omaha - Thrasher Foundation Repair has been offering residential and commercial foundation solutions for nearly 40 years.  Recently, to better serve engineers, architects, contractors, and other commercial clients, Thrasher Foundation Repair decided to create a new division, Thrasher Commercial, to focus on helping our commercial clients specifically.  It is crucial to Thrasher Commercial to learn about our clients' issues with their building projects and partner with them to develop the appropriate solutions and keep their projects on time and budget.

Thrasher Commercial specializes in foundation stabilization, structural support, underpinning, void filling, waterproofing, and concrete leveling and repair. Thrasher Commercial Group also helps local geotechnical and structural engineers design the appropriate foundation solutions for their project.  Thrasher Commercial belongs to a foundation repair network called Supportworks(opens in a new window).

Supportworks has both structural and geotechnical engineers on staff to assist in designing the appropriate solution.  Thrasher Commercial provides services for commercial, industrial, residential, government, and municipal foundation applications in Nebraska, Western and Central Iowa, Missouri, and Kansa.  Thrasher Commercial has locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas to help serve their clients effectively and as efficiently as possible.  The team comprises specialists, including managers, design specialists, and installation specialists who have many years of experience serving commercial clients. Each week, the team meets to review projects for the week and complete training to ensure our clients get the best experience possible.  Also, Thrasher Group employees attend training at Supportworks on designing solutions and product installation.

Thrasher Commercial installs helical piles, push piers, helical tension anchor systems, soil nails, shotcrete, polyurethane foam, low-density concrete, drainage systems for new construction and existing building structures. Partnering with Supportworks, these foundation solutions have gone through a battery of quality assurance tests and meet ICC Acceptance Criteria 358.

In most cases, Thrasher Commercial is often one of the first contractors on-site to start the project for the contractor or building owner.

It is vital to Thrasher Commercial to get the project started on the right foot to set the other contractors up for success.

You can visit the Thrasher Commercial website to view NE commercial foundation case studies, technical information or contact a local structural engineer.

Thrasher Foundation Repair was started in 1975 by Greg and Nancy Thrasher, who still own the company today.  Greg now serves as the Chairman, and his son Dan is the President.  Greg and Nancy's other son, Dave, is the President at Supportworks.  The company's purpose is to redefine the industry for employees, customers, and other contractors.  The values of the company are One Team, One Passion, One Experience, and One Community.

The mission statement for the company is to challenge the status quo while delivering a wow experience.
