OMAHA, Neb. – For the fifth time, employees at Thrasher Foundation Repair in the Omaha metro have demonstrated to an independent judging committee they feel fulfilled, valued and engaged.

The company has now been named to the “Best Places to Work in Omaha” list five consecutive years. Baird Holm and Quantum Workplace sent surveys to employees at participating companies in January and released the results last week.“

We are extremely honored to receive this award which reflects our highly engaged culture and dedication to shaping a team that exceeds homeowner expectations and is redefining our industry,” said President Dan Thrasher.

“With last spring's flooding, we were so busy.  Everyone, no matter what department, was willing to help.  I've never been with a company so dedicated to teamwork!” said Julian Daniels, Lead Installer.

Thrasher, which has quadrupled its geographical footprint in the past year, adheres to strict hiring standards in order to preserve company culture. The longtime Omaha company also recognizes its values in each all-staff meeting for nearly 400 employees across the Midwest. To view open positions at Thrasher, visit
