As the Recruiting Manager at Thrasher, Amanda works closely with our recruiters to manage our hiring process. She plays a crucial role in finding candidates who will fit our culture and promoting the Thrasher brand by screening, interviewing, and identifying hiring strategies.
Originally from Friend, Nebraska, Amanda received her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Human Resources focus from Doane College. Amanda always had a soft spot for family-owned businesses, so when she came to Thrasher, she felt at home and instantly wanted to help people find fulfilling work and make sure we had the right people in the right seat.
When she isn't working, you can find Amanda spending time with her husband Jarrod, and two kids, Alexis and Maddie. She loves to spend time with them outdoors and find fun activities around Omaha.
