Waterproof Basement!

This customer was concerned that water coming into the basement was going to create mold and damage their finished basement. He was also tired of having to pull back the carpet every time it rains to dry everything out. We identified the problem as a hairline crack under the egress window that was allowing water to enter the basement before it reached the drain outside of the home. Our team fixed the problem by installing WaterGuard under the egress window. We then installed a new sump pump in the closet so that we wouldn't have to tear up the flooring in the basement just to get to the sump pump on the other side.
