Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

These homeowners want a dry basement, all of the time. They're tired of dealing with water issues that are coming from foundation joints and from the wall. Thrasher was recommended to these homeowners and we installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe sump pump, creating a waterproof basement! 

Erin V. was having trouble with their sump pump working correctly. They missed their annual maintenance and needed to a quick fix before it rained again due to fears of causing damage to their home.  So, they decided to call Thrasher Foundation Repair.

Service Technician Ryan Allen arrived at the home and was able to see high amounts of sediment in pits. We installed 2 new sump pumps and also put a new battery in for the battery backup system. The team also clean out the pit and removed any debris and cleaned the area to ensure optimal operation for the systems. We were able to provide this customer a peace of mind knowing the system was back up and running again.

Dave noticed he had water in his crawl space and wanted to have his crawl space become a storage space for his wife to use. He didn't know who to call but then saw a commercial on the television showing him what we can do. He called and had one of our System Designers come out to his house to give him a free quote. The System Designer told Dave that we would have to encapsulate his crawl space which means we would put vent covers which would stop the cold from coming in. Second we would remove all the standing water that would be left in the crawl space. Then, we would repair the structure and finally encapsulate the crawl space. Dave was very happy with the work that was done and his wife was happy that she got to put her things in the area. 

This was a long-time rental home that was experiencing deflection. Saturated soils around the home foundation were causing wall failure on all three of her exterior basement walls.  Additionally, water was coming in through foundation cracks and through the cold joint, saturating the carpet and damaging the finished walls. These systems are the best solutions to prevent further wall and water damage. 

This customer bought their house a little over a year ago and the first time they experienced an abundant amount of rain, the basement completely flooded. The customer needed to cut all of the drywall and finishings and wants to make sure the area doesn't get ruined. The problem was that the home had no drainage system so the rain had nowhere to go.
