Linda and Duane are rental owners in Topeka, KS, and were interested in repairing the concrete on the back patio. System Design Specialist Tom Studer went out to their home. During the inspection, Tom saw that water had gotten underneath the slab and washed out the soil, leaving a void underneath the slab. We used PolyLevel to raise and stabilize the back porch. Linda and Duane are very excited to see that the back patio is now level.
