Uneven Sidewalk Fixed in Wichita, KS

The sidewalk next to this homeowner's property was unsightly and it frustrated the homeowner. The homeowner knew that the sidewalk was creating a gap between her foundation and the concrete, and that water could start running down the foundation wall. She didn't want this to happen, so she decided to give us a call because we wouldn't tear up her concrete and we would be a minimal inconvenience to her.

We had our System Design Specialist Chris Holmes head out to this home to inspect the concrete problem and determine what solutions would best fix the concrete permanently. Chris found that the dirt underneath the concrete had been washed away, causing the sidewalk to rotate away from the home, which left the gap between the foundation wall and the sidewalk. After discussing the least invasive solutions with the homeowner, Chris got to work on getting an installation appointment started for this homeowner to have her problem fixed. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to create a solid base for the concrete after it was rotated back towards its original position as well as seal the concrete so that it would not have movement problems again.

The homeowner loved how quick and easy it was for our installation team to solve. She was thrilled that there was no mess to clean up and that it only took one day to complete the project. Check out her newly lifted sidewalk!

Porch Concrete Damage Fixed in Hesston, KS

This homeowner had water draining towards her porch, and she noticed that it was sinking and cracking a lot. She thought that she would have to completely replace the concrete, but before she pursued this option, she decided that it would be better to have us take a look and see if we could fix her concrete.

We sent System Design Specialist Brent See to inspect her concrete problem and determine what would best for their homeowner's concrete. Brent could that the concrete was cracked and sinking, but that this problem could be fixed without replacing the concrete and it could be prevented by rerouting the drainage away from the concrete. After discussing this solution with the homeowner, one of our installation teams came out to the home and started working the next week. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the porch stairs and the sidewalk around the porch.

The homeowner was so happy that her concrete was fixed without having to replace it. She is going to reroute her gutters soon as well to prevent this problem. Check out her porch's transformation!

Flaking Concrete Protected in Springfield, MO

Saving money in the long run and preventing further damage was this homeowners reasoning for calling us. She had struggled with her driveway pitting and flaking for years, and she didn't want this problem to keep getting worse. After having checked on our review and checking our status with the Better Business Bureau, she knew that we would be a great fit for her home's needs.

Our System Design Specialist Nick Tiberghien arrived at her home to discuss her driveway problems and take a deeper look into what was causing the problems. Upon inspection, Nick found that there were a few different problems with the driveway. The first problem was that the pitting and flaking of the driveway was causing a look of deteriorating or falling apart, when in fact the concrete was still structured well. The next problem Nick discovered was that there was a portion of concrete that sunk a couple of inches due to water washing to soil out from underneath the concrete. This issue was difficult because it meant that the concrete would need to be lifted before it could be protected.

Nick discussed options to fix these problems which include lifting and sealing the surface of the concrete. The homeowner liked these solutions very much, so she scheduled an installation appointment for the next week. The installation crew that came out to her home got to work quickly by first lifting the sunken concrete slab using PolyLevel foam. After that, the crew power-washed the entire surface of the concrete to ensure that nothing would break the sealant they wanted to use. Finally, after the driveway was leveled and cleaned, the crew used SealantPro to seal the entire surface of the driveway to protect it from further pitting or flaking.

The homeowner was extremely happy with the results. She said that the driveway looks so much cleaner than when we started with her, and she was very thankful that her concrete was protected. Check out the huge concrete transformation!

Concrete Void Fixed in Papillion, NE

An animal burrowed under this homeowner's patio concrete, causing the concrete slab to sink. The homeowner noticed the animal running under the slab, and that the slab was a little unstable, so he decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Spencer Johnson to inspect the concrete and determine how to fill the void the animal left under the concrete as well as how to prevent the animal from trying to burrow there again. Spencer found that the best way to do so is by lifting, leveling, and sealing the concrete with strong, nontoxic material that the animal couldn't break. He got right to work on injecting PolyLevel foam to fill the void, lift, and level the concrete, then he used NexusPro sealant to seal off the cracks and joints of the concrete.

The homeowner was very happy with the quality work that was done, and he can't wait to enjoy his patio once more. Check out the filled void in the concrete!

Uneven Concrete Leveled in Lawson, MO

These homeowners lived in their home for 20 years, and they decided they wanted to move in the next couple of months. While they were excited about moving and starting their new adventure, they were not prepared for the stress of selling their current home. Their home was in great condition, however their backyard concrete path was in a rough condition. They wanted to get the true worth of the home, and they were concerned that their concrete problem would hurt that, so they decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the concrete and determine which places were best to lift the concrete back to an even level. Brandon identified that soil erosion caused the concrete to settle, so after looking into the locations in which the concrete had settled the most, he was able to call out a team to come lift, level, and seal the concrete. Our team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to repair their backyard walkway.

The homeowners were very pleased with the work that was done and they are relieved to have one less stressor in selling their home. Check out their newly leveled concrete!
