Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

Homeowner Janet S. of Overland Park, KS was growing worried about the front porch. It was starting to settle and break away from the home. After doing research on Kansas City concrete repair options, she came across Thrasher. She read about our processes and the great customer interactions, so decided to give us a call.

System Design Specialist Bobby Bartow went out to Janet’s home and upon inspection recommended using PolyLevel. The crew was able to inject the PolyLevel foam into the concrete and raise it back up to the original height. Janet was extremely pleased with how this looked with her home.

Homeowner Mary P. of Newton, KS was worried about her concrete. She noticed certain areas were having significant settlement. After getting multiple recommendations about Thrasher and hearing about our process, she gave us a call to come out and inspect her concrete.

System Design Specialist Ben Linnebaur went out to Mary’s home. Upon inspection, he was able to see that the front steps had settled about 1.5 inches and her back A/C slab was also sinking. The crew fixed her concrete with a 3- part concrete protection system. The first part consisted of lifting the settled areas with PolyLevel. For the second part, we sealed all of the cracks and joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. The third step consisted of applying the whole area with SealantPro, a protective layer to keep the area free of stains. Mary was impressed with the install and the crew!

Homeowner Diane K. was noticing concrete sinking at her Wichita, KS home. The concrete had sunk so much that water was starting to pool up next to the entrance of her home. She decided to call Thrasher because of our strong reputation for concrete repairs.

System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp went out to Doug’s home. He was able to see that the top slabs were settling quite a bit and the cracks were very large. The porch was also settling, making it difficult to sit on because of the angle. The crew used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete. Then sealed the cracks and control joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Doug and his family were happy to have peace of mind knowing their driveway would no longer be a trip hazard.

Ann L. is a homeowner in Lincoln, NE that had concerns about the concrete on her driveway and sidewalk. She noticed that the concrete issues were beginning to have a domino effect on the foundation of her home. Our System Design Specialist, Nico Lemmers, arrived at the Lincoln, NE home to analyze the sunken and broken concrete. To repair the concrete, Ann opted to have our team install our 3-part concrete protection system – PolyLevel, NexusPro, and SealantPro. PolyLevel is installed first by injecting the foam through a pencil eraser-sized hole to permanently lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro sealer is applied to all cracks and control joints to protect against water intrusion. Then, SealantPro is sprayed onto the surface to prevent any stains and deterioration caused by everyday use.
