Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

Homeowner Ken P. in Andover, KS noticed the concrete leading to his front entryway and back patio had settled over time. The concrete had sunk and began to crack in the deepest areas.  To begin the project, System Design Specialist Brent Randolph arrived in Andover, KS to fully inspect the concrete areas that were problematic. The customer opted to have the team install our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. PolyLevel is a lightweight and strong high-density foam that lifts and levels the concrete permanently. It’s an effective solution because it not only lifts the concrete, but also compacts the soil underneath to ensure the concrete remains stable. Then, the NexusPro is applied to seal all the cracks and joints. It’s a durable solution that prevents moisture from entering long into the future.

Bill and Miriam B. have lived in their Omaha home for over 22 years and want to continue to live there for years to come. Unfortunately, over time their driveway and sidewalks have settled and spalled in areas exposed to high usage. At an older age, Bill and Miriam had no desire to tackle the project on their own. While one of our teams was at Bill and Miriam’s home for an annual inspection on their waterproofing system, Bill brought the concrete to our attention.

 To begin the project, System Design Specialist Jeremy Haynes visited the Omaha property and inspected what the concrete needed. Bill and Miriam opted to have our team install our 3-part concrete protection system (CPS) which includes PolyLevel, SealantPro, and NexusPro. The PolyLevel is applied first in order to lift and level the settled areas. SealantPro is then used to protect the concrete against any future deterioration and stains. Lastly, the team finished with the NexusPro to seal all expansions, control joints, and seal any cracks that have already been formed.

 Bill and Miriam were excited to have this project complete, and the longevity of their home increased for their benefit. Bill has always taken it upon himself to tackle this project, but he now relies on Thrasher to make sure his home is in good hands.

In areas where the concrete had sunk, they installed our PolyLevel foam solution to permanently level the surface. In order to seal the cracks in the concrete, the team utilized our NexusPro silicone-based joint sealer to prevent moisture from seeping beneath in the future. Lastly, SealantPro concrete sealant was applied to protect the surface and extend its life for years to come.

He identified that the concrete sidewalk leading down to the backyard had cracked and settled about 2.5 inches creating a large void. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the gap. Then applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joints. Lisa was very pleased with the concrete and how knowledgeable the crew was.
