We sent System Design Specialist Cody out to provide a free on-the-spot estimate.  We installed our Everbrace system to completely stabilize the wall and prevent it from caving in.  This stops the wall from moving and helps take the support of the house from the current wall.  Jose was so happy with our work, that he asked us to do additional work on the home.

This home in Lark Park, IA had deteriorating basement walls that, in addition to bowing and cracking, were also letting cold winter air freely pass through the gaps created by movement over the years, leaving the basement feeling cold and uncomfortable. To return safety and stability to the walls, we used our new EverBrace wall repair system. We also installed SilveoGlo insulation material to keep the cold air out.

Dan was looking for a company that would fix his basement problem correctly at a good price. We were able to fix his bowing walls using Geolock Anchors. Dan has some water damage in the same space. We were able to use a 2 stage WaterGuard DM on the wall that was supported with anchors. This made a huge improvement in the value and structure of the home.
