This driveway looks 10x better with concrete repair. We filled and sealed the expansion joints with NexusPro and lifted any sunken areas with PolyLevel.

We installed a new gutter system on this home, called Gutter Shutter. Gutter Shutter is an all-in-one gutter solution: no clogging, no sagging, and no water damage. 

This customer has a pool in their backyard and discovered that the concrete around it was sunken. She wanted to get it fixed so that it couldn't get any worse. Our team was able to lift the sinking concrete back to its original position using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the slab to stabilize it. To finish off the project, we sealed all the cracks and joints for long-term protection. Now this homeowner can enjoy their pool without having to worry about their concrete! 

This homeowner is starting to get a little older and was worried about the trip hazards that were in her walkway and driveway. She had seen the ads for Thrasher Foundation Repair on her TV and decided to give us a call. System Design Specialist, Elliot Christians, came out to meet with her. He did his full thorough inspection, and found there was washout of soil under the concrete that was causing the concrete to settle. He came back to the homeowner with these findings and a solution. Together, they decided the best solution for her concerns would be to use our 2 Part Concrete Protection System. This consists of Polylevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is used to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete, and NexusPro is used to seal the joints and cracks. Both of these products are also waterproof, so it will help prevent any washout in the future! Check out the before and after of this project.
