This basement was in bad shape with bowing walls and extensive water damage. To fix the issues, we installed CleanSpace and EverBrace to waterproof this basement and support the foundation walls. These two products work together to prevent water from entering the basement and stabilize the walls permanently.

We installed RainDrop gutter guards on this project because the homeowner was experiencing clogged gutters and didn't feel like constantly cleaning them out. This homeowner reached out to us with a pressing issue concerning their sinking concrete walkway, which was causing concerns about water seeping into the foundation of their home. This not only addressed the safety concerns but also ensured that water wouldn't find its way into the foundation through the cracks. This homeowner realized they had clogged gutters, which meant that rain wasn't draining far enough away from the house and might be soaking into the ground too close to their foundation.
