Hidden Wall Damage Fixed in Altoona, IA
These homeowners had used our services previously when their family moved into their home, so when they found a large wall problem upon remodeling their downstairs bathroom, they knew just who to call. System Design Specialist Kevin French came out to this home once again to inspect the wall problem and determine what happened and how to fix it. Kevin found that the previous seller of the home was hiding wall damage by putting the unfinished bathroom in so that the leaking and wall cracks wouldn't effect the sale. He was shocked at this problem and so were the homeowners, but he knew just how to help them so that this problem could be fixed quickly. Water Problem Solved in Des Moines, IA
This homeowner was having problems with water coming into her basement. She really hated the damp air this water created, and she wanted to use her basement for storage, so she knew that she had to fix this problem. After searching for the right solutions, she came across our reviews and determined that she wanted to work with us, so she gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Todd King to inspect the basement and determine where the water was coming from as well as how to stop this problem. Todd found that water was coming in from the cold joints in the foundation and the sitting water had been causing high humidity throughout her basement. When Todd finished his inspection, he discussed how a full perimeter solution as well as a new sump pump and dehumidifier would help solve her basement problems once and for all. She was excited to here this news, so when our installation team arrived, they got right to work, starting with installing a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System with a full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. These perimeter solutions will work to keep the entire basement dry while the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump System and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will help to keep the basement dry and control the air quality. Pool Deck Sinking Fixed in Altoona, IA
This homeowner was concerned because his pool deck was sinking. He knew that we offered services to fix this problem in his area, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Cunningham to inspect the pool deck and determine what was causing this problem as well as determine what solutions our team could offer to fix it. Brandon found that the soil underneath the pool deck was poorly compacted, so the soil had washed out then dried up overtime. After his inspection, he discussed with the homeowner the solutions we could offer, and the homeowner was very excited to have this problem fixed. One of our installation teams went our to this home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the pool deck. Step Tripping Hazard Solved in Wichita, KS
These homeowners kept tripping over their front steps every time they wanted to get to the front door. They were tired of having this problem, and they wanted to keep their friends and family from having it too when they visited, so they decided to give us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Beau Morris to inspect the front steps and determine what solutions we could offer to fix the tripping hazard. Beau found that there were quite a few voids underneath the driveway and the front porch that were causing the tripping hazard or had potential to cause an additional tripping hazard. After discussing this with the homeowners, Beau told them about our 2-Part Concrete Protection System (CPS) that would help them to fix their tripping problem, and the homeowners were extremely eager for this solution to happen. One of our installation teams came the home and utilized the 2-Part CPS which includes PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete.

Severe Wall Failure Fixed in Denver, CO
This rental property owner needed to secure the foundation of the building he bought so that he could rent out the units. He looked into foundation repair companies in the Denver area, as he didn't know much about the area because he lived out of state, he came across our services and he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the rental property's foundation and determine what would be best to help solve the foundation issues. When Anthony arrived, he was shocked at the amount of wall damage that had occurred. Anthony found that all of the walls had some degree of failure and lateral movement; Two of the walls were scoped out for full replacement because of how severe their degree failure was. After the thorough inspection, Anthony gave the homeowner a call to discuss what damage had occurred as well as what solutions we could offer to fix this problem. The rental property owner thought these solutions seemed the most thorough of all the solutions he had heard, so he decided to have our team fixed his foundation wall problems.
One of our installation teams went to fix the wall problems in the home shortly after the homeowner moved forward with our services. The team utilized GeoLock Earth Anchors on the two walls with less degrees of damage. After an engineer report surfaced from the rental property owner, our team was able to accommodate the other two severely failing walls by installing our EverBrace Wall System which acts as a new wall for stabilizing the property. The report also stated that new support posts were needed in the center support beam to have proper support, so our team also installed SmartJacks to stabilize the center support beam.
After all this work was complete, the rental property owner was very relieved that he could start renovations for the rental properties to be rented out. Although this project was tough, our team was able to stabilize all of the walls and give the rental property owner a chance to renovate his property.
