Our crew arrived in Springfield, MO, and began the crawl space encapsulation project. We lined the entire space with our CleanSpace moisture barrier and installed our Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier to assist in ridding the environment of humidity.

The PolyLevel is injected underneath the sunken slabs to level and stabilize the surface, while the NexusPro is used to seal all cracks and control joints for a flush appearance.

Our crews arrived at the home in Manhattan and immediately went to work installing our 3-part concrete protection system. First, our PolyLevel foam was installed by injecting it underneath all uneven areas to permanently lift and level each slab. NexusPro crack filler was then applied to all cracks and joints to seal off the surface and protect against water damage. Lastly, SealantPro was sprayed onto the entire surface to repel water and prevent surface stains. 

This couple had bought a 'fixer upper' in Warrensburg, MO, which included a basement with bowing, cracked walls and water seeping in. To resolve the issue, we first stabilized the walls with support beams to prevent any future bowing. We also installed a full basement waterproofing system, from drain tile, sump pump and vapor barrier along the walls, to a powerful dehumidifier to keep the space clean, dry and safe.
