The old gutters that they had on the barn were corroded and sagging.  They could only do one downspout for the entire run because otherwise they would be sending water onto the driveway area that has poor drainage and turns into an ice rink in the wintertime.  When the gutters sagged, they would overflow and drip on the patio/entrance area. We used gutter shutter to direct the water to the back of the barn and make sure they stayed pitched correctly. 

This homeowner in Clifton, Kansas wanted to leave her home to her family in good condition, but a wet basement and failing basement walls were robbing of peace of mind. Her friends and family recommended she call Thrasher Foundation Repair since they all had good experiences working with us in the past, so we got the call. To make this basement clean, dry and safe again, we installed PowerBrace beams to stabilize the cracked, failing walls. We also installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system, including our WaterGuard draining system, a new sump pump, and vapor barrier along all the walls to keep the area clean and dry.

In Atlantic, IA, Eileen J. was eager to have the water problems in her basement solved. Her basement was finished, but the continuous water intrusion was creating a mud build-up and ruining the space. She opted to have our crews install our full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and CleanSpace waterproof barrier to collect all water and direct it away from the foundation.

This Nixa, MO, homeowner was frustrated with the appearance of his front porch and sidewalks. Our crews arrived at the home in Nixa and began installing our 3-part concrete protection system to lift, seal, and protect the concrete. It consists of our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam, NexusPro joint sealant, and SealantPro sprays to protect the surface from stains and water damage.
